Casey Watkins Costuming

A native of Wilmington, NC, Casey received her Bachelor's from NC State University, and her Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design from Southern Illinois University.

She has designed, worked and taught for theatres and Universities such as Valdosta State University, Texas A&M University-Commerce, the Monomoy Theatre, North Carolina Theatre, Porthouse Theatre, McLeod Summer Playhouse, North Carolina Stage Company, and Raleigh Little Theatre.  She is currently teaching at the University of North Carolina Asheville.

 

Casey most enjoys the collaborative, teaching and multidisciplinary aspects of theatre, and always looks forward to the next thing she can learn.
